Blackburn brings decades of leadership in telecommunications and digital infrastructure across the Caribbean, Europe, and the Americas, including senior roles at ATNI International, ALIV, Digicel, and Virgin Mobile. He joins Cloud Carib as the company expands across the Caribbean and Latin America, including new Sovereign data center pods in Bermuda, Curacao and Guyana, coupled with increased regional team presence. With growing demand for sovereign cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity resilience, and digital modernization, Cloud Carib continues to bridge the gap between traditional telecommunications infrastructure and Sovereign, secure, locally governed cloud services delivered in compliance with leading security and data management frameworks.
