Based in Nassau and celebrating ten years of innovation and service, Cloud Carib has been named CyberArk’s 2021 Partner of the Year for the LATAM region. This is the latest in a string of international accolades and represents the company’s fifth Partner of the Year title awarded by leading global technology partners since 2016.

“CyberArk is pleased to recognize Cloud Carib as our 2021 LATAM MSP Partner of the Year,” noted Channel Director for Latin America and the Caribbean Alvaro Fehr. “As a new reseller and MSP (Managed Service Provider) partner in the region, Cloud Carib quickly became an active partner in the Caribbean and parts of South America closing their first deal in 5 months and an MSP deal in December.”

In May of 2021, Cloud Carib officially joined forces with the identity access management (IAM) security company, adding to its already extensive list of international technology partners. Now, less than a year later, the Bahamas-based company has been recognized for its tremendous regional growth and innovation.

“This is another feather in the cap for Cloud Carib,” said company CEO Scott MacKenzie. “In partnership with CyberArk, we’ve been able to offer our clients customized and fully managed security solutions which incorporate Privileged Access Management (PAM) protocols designed to help them get ahead of cyber threats as opposed to simply being able to respond to them. It feels good to be recognized for that work.”

In 2021, CyberArk was recognized as the Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in Privileged Access Management for a third consecutive year – positioned both for its ability to execute and for its completeness of vision. The ranking further cements the company’s reputation as a critical layer of IT security.

“CyberArk has perfected the use of this technology as an information security mechanism,” explained Cloud Carib Founder and Chief Technology Officer Stelios Xeroudakis, “it safeguards identities with exclusive access or capabilities beyond regular users. This is critical when considering how we go about protecting our clients’ sensitive information.”

The CyberArk award is the most recent in a series of major wins for Cloud Carib. The company also recently achieved the coveted SOC 2 Compliance – a designation reserved for organizations meeting the highest international standards for information security from the AICPA.

“Our mission for the last ten years has really been to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients by giving them access to cutting edge technology and security solutions,” said Xeroudakis. “This has pushed our team to stay one step ahead, to seek out partnerships which benefit our clients and so far, we have been able to do exactly that”.
